Port City Music Hall, 9/12/9

Topic: Port City Music Hall, 9/12/9

Port City Music Hall is a very nice performance space, and the
renovation of the old theatre is very well done. The green room is
well thought out, and the hospitality is very good.

We played a very long 2 hour set to an enthusiastic crowd. And they
wanted more! Apparently we have lots of fans in Portland and should
play there more often. I think we were all happy with the Port City
Music Hall and its staff, and hopefully we'll be able to play there
again.

The Kate, Old Saybrook, CT, 2/11/18

We played the Kate on a very wet Sunday night. It was our third appearance there and as always, the audience was great and so were the staff.   We played a fairly well-rounded set list, mainly to listeners, as there isn’t much room at the Kate to dance.  It was a good show, and afterwards we sold and signed CDs.  It’s always great to see our fans. I hope it’s not 4 more years until we play there again!

2023 and BeauSoleil

We all made it through COVID, thank God.  We are all looking forward to a new year with great adventures.  We do have two upcoming shows in December: in New Orleans on 12/8, at the Lafitte Greenway and at the Hideaway Dance Hall on 12/11.

2/11/10: Northern Lights Theatre, Milwaukee, WI

We played the Northern Lights Theatre with Alan Toussaint. We played this theatre last Mardi Gras with Trombone Shorty last year. Alan's band is really tight and it was great to hear them. We played a tight 50 minute set to an appreciative crowd, and we sold more merchandise than previous visits. I decided to take part in some Mardi Gras, so I'm heading back to New Orleans. I'll meet up with the group tomorrow (Sunday) in Chicago. [Posted with iBlogger from my iPhone]
